At Dnipro-M, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- With all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Products with a damaged or altered serial number
- If the serial number on the tool does not match the packaging
- Gift cards or discount cards
- Final sale or discounted items
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order after your return is approved
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
To qualify:

- In original packaging

Refunds
