Dnipro-M USA

This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased in the United States from Dnipro-M or its authorized sellers.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Dnipro-M warrants to the original retail purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for the following periods:

  • Three (3) Years Limited Warranty — Electric and Cordless Power Tools
  • One (1) Year Limited Warranty — Batteries and Chargers

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

This is a Limited Warranty, not a Full Warranty.

2. Exclusive Remedy – Replacement

If a product is determined by Dnipro-M to be defective in material or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, Dnipro-M will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the defective product with a new product of equal or greater value.

Dnipro-M does not perform repairs under this Limited Warranty.

Replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy available under this warranty.

3. Warranty Verification

Warranty eligibility is verified through the phone number provided at the time of purchase.

Customers are not required to:

  • Register the product
  • Retain original packaging
  • Provide a paper warranty certificate

Proof of purchase may be requested if required to confirm eligibility.

Dnipro-M reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the terms outlined in this policy.

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, the customer must:

This Limited Warranty covers:

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper voltage or external power sources
  • Normal wear and tear

7. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the applicable Limited Warranty period stated above.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dnipro-M shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or business interruption.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

9. Non-Warranty Returns

Products that are not defective may be eligible for return within 60 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original condition

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

10. Governing Law
